Welcome to Chateau Farhner Bed and Breakfast in Duvall! Check-In time is between 4:30 and 7:30pm. We ask that you park in the designated Guest Parking spots along the driveway, though you are welcome to unload at the door first.

Our hot, made from scratch breakfast is served in the guest dining room on weekends between 8-10am. A breakfast tray will be brought outside your room at 8am on weekdays. Coffee and snacks are always available in the Bridge Room guest lounge.
Each room has its own key for your security. Since there is no private entrance, if Gary and Belinda are not home during your stay, please use the keypad with provided code as you come and go.
Check-out is no later than 11 am, 10:30 am on Sundays.
We are family-friendly and welcome your older children, but we are not child-proofed for babies and young children. We ask that you do not bring pets. No smoking or candles, please. We do not offer laundry services for our guests, though there is an ironing board and iron available upon request.
Guests have access to their guest rooms, the Bridge Room guest lounge, the dining room for breakfasts, and all outdoor areas except where marked. The kitchen is not available to guests, nor are the other marked private areas of the house.
Our prices are all inclusive except tax (we are independent and don’t charge extra cleaning and service fees like OTA sites). We also offer one free night if you book a week or longer, and we do not require multiple-night stays at this time. We have a 24-hour changeover policy to allow for thorough cleaning between guests. We prefer payment by Venmo, credit card, or check when you book; for other payment options please contact us.
Cancellation policy: Reservations can be refunded fully up to 2 weeks before (1 month before for local special events such as Cedarcrest graduation, Duvall Days and Sandblast and Art In Bloom, and major holidays). A partial refund of 50% between 2 weeks (1 month for local special events and major holidays) and 1 week before. No refunds after 1 week before arrival.
